UI/UX Developer 2

A UI/UX Developer is a hybrid role that blends the creative aspects of User Interface (UI) design with the strategic thinking behind User Experience (UX) design, all while having the technical ability to implement those designs using front-end technologies.

A UI/UX Developer is a multidisciplinary professional who blends the visual and interactive aspects of User Interface (UI) Design with the strategic and human-centered aspects of User Experience (UX) Design, while also possessing the technical expertise to bring those designs to life through front-end development.

This role is pivotal in creating digital experiences that are not only visually appealing and brand-aligned, but also intuitive, accessible, and user-friendly. UI/UX Developers act as the bridge between design and development, ensuring that the aesthetic vision is maintained while delivering functional, responsive, and efficient user interfaces.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s in CSE or proven work experience in the field.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in WordPress website development, particularly with Elementor.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in WordPress and Elementor.
  • Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
  • Experience with responsive design and website optimization.
  • Familiarity with plugins and troubleshooting WordPress-related issues.

Problem-Solving: Strong ability to debug and resolve issues.

Collaboration & Communication: Ability to work with designers and clients to bring projects to life.

Responsibilities

  • Build and customize WordPress websites using Elementor and other relevant tools.
  • Design responsive, user-friendly layouts based on UI/UX principles.
  • Troubleshoot and fix bugs related to WordPress themes, plugins, and Elementor.
  • Optimize website performance, including loading speed and SEO readiness.
  • Stay up to date on the latest WordPress tools, plugins, and best practices.
  • Integrate third-party tools and APIs into WordPress websites.

  • This is an onsite position, not a remote job.
  • Office Location: House 6, Road 1/A, Sector 5, Uttara, Dhaka – 1230.
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM
